- Responsive service: When you call us during business hours, there’s always someone available to talk with you. If you leave a message after hours, we promise to call back within 1 business day. We also promise to respond to your emails. Most emails are replied to within 1 business day.
- Reliable service: No matter what type of accounting services you need in Maine and beyond, you can count on us to take care of them for you in a timely and professional manner. For instance, if you’re buying a house and you need a tax return completed, you can rely on it being done the right way, when you need it.
- Clear instructions: When needed, we’ll send you emails or “snail mail” materials with clear instructions on what you should do with them. For example, when we mail you a copy of the completed/filed Maine income tax return we submitted for you, we’ll include specific instructions on whom to pay and where to send the payment (if you owe taxes). We also provide clear guidance on setting up and managing your QuickBooks information.
In addition… we’re open during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except when we observe most national holidays. Our tax-season hours are extended, and we’ll post them on our CONTACT US page.
